100 Hamdan-Jumeriah Central, Dubai

This A-grade office tower is designed as a landmark to identify the principal point of access to the southern precinct of Jumeirah Central.

The proposed design of the site offers permeability for commuters and pedestrians, as well as a sense of ‘place’ as the address for the corporate office tower. The ‘place’ is to provide a public urban space that works for the benefit of the Jumeirah Central community.

One Hundred Hamdan has been designed to create a rich, vibrant and animated public realm sited with a commercial tower of efficiency, sustainability and economy.

In support of the aspirations of the Jumeirah Central Masterplan, One Hundred Hamdan will contribute to the creation of an urban fabric that subtly recalls local vernacular and embraces global design trends.
