KANNFINCH is interior designer, managing 10 sub-consultants, from landscape to specialist lighting on this large scale project currently under construction. Located in business bay, the project is comprised of a 5 star hotel tower with 416 keys including multiple suites, a separate but linked Serviced Apartment tower with 156 keys, arrival / lobby spaces, 5 food and beverage outlets, landscaped podium, spa /gym and conferencing / ballroom facilities.
Within the framework of the existing building fabric KANNFINCH has implemented clear spatial organisation to enhance the guest’s experience. Designed for an established hotel brand, with a comprehensive brief centred on authenticity and comfort the projects materiality creates richness by weaving elements of local context, together with familiarity.
