The Wagga Mill development located on an iconic heritage site in the city of Wagga Wagga, in south-western NSW. The mixed-use development includes residential apartments, retail and commercial spaces as well as the new Holiday-Inn, which will be the largest hotel in the city combing existing heritage buildings and features with new build elements to create an exciting addition to the Holiday Inn Brand.

Elements of the property’s heritage and industrial styling will be elegantly woven into the Interior Design with an overlay of a playful mid-century modern feel, setting the tone for a joyful and emotional connection to the Holiday-inn brand. The interior enhancements create a rich setting of materials such as timber, stone and leather combined with an elegant and joyful colour and pattern variations of green, yellow, teal and camels over the existing neutral background. The interior palette has been applied within the lobby/ bar space and continue throughout the upper level lift lobbies, restaurant and guestroom spaces.
