To celebrate Morgan Stanley’s global position and highly professional service culture the design of the Sydney office is not only to accommodate a place to work and meet but also a place to entertain, impress, experience and showcase one of the most picturesque harbours in the world.
The 3,900m2 project is located in the upper levels of Chifley Tower in Sydney’s CBD. KANNFINCH’s design includes new front-of-house client spaces, an internal stair link, 70 person dealing floor and general office areas. This major construction and refurbishment undertaking was successfully carried out whilst the Client was in occupancy.
The project was undertaken with Commercial Best Practice for sustainability.
